Fair-use, no hidden limits

We use soft caps on most features. At 80% of a cap you get a friendly heads-up in the CMS, no sudden block. Storage, AI generations and max file size do have a hard limit (otherwise we accidentally rack up a bill that doesn't fit your plan), but for every other cap we look together first whether you're on the right plan before we cut anything off.
